I had the opposite problem. My $2RR printed but not the $1 cat. I don’t have a copy of the catalina alert so is there anything I can do to fix that? The cashier knew nothing of it, but I do know of some really great managers at a different location. Thanks!
Thanks for updating this post. I just realized I probably got the $1 catalina and not the $2 register reward. Now the fun of trying to explain that to Walgreens. Ugh.
I went and tried this deal today I purchased 2 used the B1g1 q and only $1 rr printed. I checked the ad and it indeed said $2. So I asked to speak with the manager who first tried to convince me that I didn’t get the $2 because I used a coupon upon failing to convince me of that they rescanned my items and force printed the $1 rr again for me. So while I did end up with $2 in rr this deal isn’t working properly in the store. I’m very frustrated with my local Walgreens they are not very coupon friendly and every trip I make there they have to call for the manager it never fails. By the way located in Maryland
Aww.. I’m sorry for the bad experience. You can try calling customer service with your receipt number. I think they can help you. What the manager told you was made up and untrue. Not cool at all. Sorry again.

what is the $1 catalina good for? $1 off any $1 purchase or $1 off another Windex something else? I am still new to learning catalina printer please explain this one thanks so much 🙂 ugh I am scared to try this deal now too b/c Walgreens gave me probs with coupons as well but now I always go in with the coupon policy and call a manager. I also have called/emailed cooperate for the employees giving me false info :p
The $1 Catalina is just like a $1 RR at Walgreens with the same restrictions as RR. If you’re new, I recommend not couponing at Walrgeens, since it is one of the more complicated stores. If you want to learn more about couponing rules at Walgreens, read this tutorial:

You would need to buy 3 in order to use the $1/1 in addition to the b1g1. The b1g1 covers 2, and the Qs are 1 per purchase.
