Hi Lacey, yes it only applies to the $5.87 pack, but if you actually compute it basing from their promotion buy 3 get 1 free, you still end up saving money, it will come down to $1.46 as compared with the single box of $1.99 less the cart wheel discount of 25% off which will come down to $1.49, thereby saving you .03 cents each box. Not much but still good deal.
This only applies to the $5.87 pack , not the $1.99,wish I knew this before wasting gas to try to get it 🙁

Promo of buy 3 of 3-box packs get 1 of thesame kind. The 25% off from cart wheel does not apply to the 3-box pack promo but only to the 10pcs per box caprisun. I actually purchased these today and the sales clerk clarified this promotion.
