Hey Teri, the $5 insert coupon is a category coupon as is the $10 off coupon. You would need to meet the threshold of each coupon, meaning you would need to spend $60 ($20 + $40) to use both. Hope this helps!
You can’t use the Target insert coupon with the in ad coupon. They are both “category coupons” and each total needs to be met individually as stated in their coupon policy.
