Well that’s the way I understand their coupon policy. Just wondering why this deal is telling us to use a coupon when policy states we can’t.
If something at target is buy one get one free you can’t use a coupon on the free item.
They wouldn’t let me use a coupon on a free item last time
Doesn’t the Target coupon policy state that you can only use one cents off coupon with a BOGO promotion or am I misreading it?
