The target near me is doing $8.99 with a 5% off when you use the red card. What area is the target in for this deal the store even asked me as well because they said if I could find it on a target site they would honor it.
My target does not offer this deal. They do offer it on the larger downy unstoppable bottle. However the sale price is $8.99 plus the $5 gift card.
