I just talked to customer service today because I ordered I kit and 14 polishes and one of the polishesi ordered didnt come they were very nice and my polish is on the way no problems

I ordered this product on Oct 21 and I have YET to receive it. I tried contacting customer service and no on replies. The sad part is 2 weeks after placing my order i saw the nude palette so i ordered that too. WOW i hope i get my product or ELSE!

I tried to order this the other day and it kept saying payment not processed; I never received an email or anything from the company, but I have 2 charges on my CC for it, and now cannot get the website to pull back up to reach anyone for customer support.
