Hi Huong! I haven’t purchased from them before. And this is my first time buying from them. Let’s hope everything will go fine. That’s a bummer. BUT if you used a credit card to pay, you can always do a charge back if the item doesn’t show up. I hope we don’t need to resort to that. 🙁
