same here..Got the letter saying my request cannot be honored. Talked with a rep and as a courtesy gave me $10. Don’t know if its gonna come. So dissapointed because I thought I saved for something that I really need and been wanting to get for a long time..I guess $10 is better than nothing.

I also received a letter today stating “All required products were not submitted” so I called 877-266-6483. Spoke with representative & he asked me for the model# / date I purchased it & resubmitted my rebate. I should be receiving the visa card within 30 days.

This totally screwed me. I just got a letter in the mail saying that the rebate didnt go through, so i looked this up & they’re saying it doesnt match. im glad people were able to catch it before me. aaand to make the matters worse, there’s no staples in my area and staples is telling me too bad :/
