Yes only one. The 4 are the options.
So much complaints about this company on the web.
If I signed up yesterday (19th) for the free welcome box, would I cancel before the 24th of this month or next? thanks!
I think before 24th of next month. You can call just to be sure to clarify. They are very friendly. If you do, let me know what you find out.
OK! Thanks. I will call this month and see what they say. Ill comment back on the result. Thanks for your help and all the awesome info you provide always!
SO i ordered on the 18th, got a shipping confirmation on the 21st and called to cancel on the 22nd!
Hi!
I did it. But how and when should I cancel so I don’t get charge for next month.
Hey Monica, I just checked their FAQ and pasted the relevant info here. Hope it helps.

“To cancel, please call our Julep Beauty Advisors at 877-651-3292. You must cancel by midnight of the 24th in order to not be billed for this month’s maven box. But remember, once you purchase your first monthly Maven Box, you’ll always have the option to skip a month.”
