Target does NOT combine Cartwheel with on-line Target price matching. Hopefully everyone else got lucky and the Target didn’t catch it if you got the doll for $5.99. I was UNLUCKY.
I just returned from Target and the doll was NOT on sale for $11.99, it was $19.99 so I still paid around $11.00. Was it on sale on-line?
