Hi Tina, Build a bear cancelled today, the special build a bear for the price of your age. My daughter waited for this and was very disappointed. I am sure there were many other children and parents not happy!!! Why would they do something likes this to innocent children??
Hey Michelle, from what I understand, they didn’t expect the amount of customers and had to shut down the lines for safety reasons. If you were a Bonus Club member before the sale started, check your account. Most people who weren’t able to do the sale is getting a voucher for $15 off.
Is this still available? The site has a alert “lines have closed” but then there is also a note of expecting a long line.
Hey Celina, from what we’ve seen, it looks like they have closed the lines due to crowds and safety concerns. Hopefully they will have an alternative for the guests who wasn’t able to get their bear.
Whats the catch? There must be added cost. I get the outfits an accessories costing more but do you have to pay to stuff it to?

I have three little girls do I just have to sign up to one membership for me? I know it says one per visit so I’m thinking of doing multiple trips during the day.
