No Receipt Needed for up to 5 Claims:
If you don’t keep receipts, the limit is five claims per customer. You will receive cash based on the average manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”) – check out the MSRPs here! That means, if you bought five that are most expensive, you can get as much as $56.75 in refund. However, if you do keep your receipts, there seems to be no limit to how many claims you can submit!
What Is This All About?
This settlement came as a result of a lawsuit against Zicam because of their allegedly false and misleading statements about the effectiveness of certain Zicam products. Zicam denied the claim, but both parties agreed to this proposed settlement to avoid further expenses.
