When you purchase your PlayPass, an eTicket will be emailed to you, typically within an hour. To redeem it, just print your eTicket at home before you visit the Park and use it to enter through the turnstiles at the main entrance on your first visit. Before you leave the Park, exchange your 1-day ticket at the LEGOLAND California Membership Processing area inside the front gate for your Resort Play Pass.
Please note that your first visit must be used by April 30, 2019. Your pass will expire on January 18, 2020 and the Black-out dates are December 26, 2018-January 1, 2019 and December 26, 2019-January 1, 2020! More info here!
