Hi Tina, I went to Target to buy the bic razor today and they would not honor the coupon the young lady said that Target is making changes and she also did say because the bic is $2.97 and the coupon is for $3.00 they could not honor it. Please explain?
Hi Carmen. They have changed their policy, but they are supposed to reduce the value of the coupon down to the sales price of the item. I always keep a copy of their policy with me when I shop their. Hope that helps. 🙂
does target actually give you the $.03 moneymaker or do they just put that towards the rest of the your purchase?

Target said that silky touch is not included…so they did not give it to me.
Oh bummer. Wish they would have let you get it. The coupon doesn’t have any exclusions so they should have let you use it. 🙂
