I am in NW. area. A lot of these” $5 target gift card ” freebies. Tags/ label on the shelves itself do not stated that they are $5 gift card back. I only deal with the one that clearly stated. Should I buy the one w/o anyway, and hope that I might get gift card, return item later if it does not. Is there a way to check? or print out?
