Went to target in Bakersfield CA on Sun the 1st….had my Revlon mascara coupons ready to use. Cashier say ” Im sorry but I cant accept those coupons” . This Target is 40 mins away from my home on Stockdale Hwy. I told her to take the product out of my bag. They have always excepted the internet coupons.
