My Target won’t let me use any coupon on any item unless the item price is equal to the coupon amount or more than the coupon amount. I’ve tried many times. How do you get them to do it for you?
Hi Lisa. Unfortunately it’s up to the store whether they let you use them or not. I always buy extra items to absorb the overage and I’ve never had a problem with them. Hope that helps. 🙂
Try Walmart, the tweezers are a Moneymaker there, my Walmart had them for $1.65 🙂
