Our CVS doesn’t carry the leuden’s or , the ocean spray, got a rain check on the vegetables, only got 4 cans in for shipment. Gets discouraged when you spend time getting your list lined out and there isn’t a product or any type of alternate when products aren’t carried.

Hey Tina! I was hoping you could help me with something I can’t seem to get an answer for. For the first time when I went to use my CVS ECB with a manufacturer coupon, it wouldn’t let me. No matter how the cashier scanned them, it kicked off the L’Oréal (11/6) coupon I was trying to use. I submitted multiple complaint emails and called but the customer service agents told me it shouldn’t have done that and they can’t tell me why it did or how to fix it. Any suggestions?
Hi Jess. Unfortunately sometimes coupons just don’t scan. I always ask the cashier to enter them manually when this happens. Sometimes they will push them through and other times they don’t. Hope that helps. 🙂
