I don’t see no hurry shipping option, even after adding beauty item in cart which qualifies for free shipping, its showing 10.95 standard shipping charge.

It says that you must submit 30 days after purchase date so if your product arrives later than that coz of no hurry shipping then you will be late for filling the rebate to macys right?

There are specific valid purchase dates for the rebates. A lot of these items have to be purchased 1/25/17 to 1/29/17 in order to receive the rebate. Pay close attention to the rebate offers list.
