So I just received mine and to my surprise its factory refurbished. I guess I was too excited to have this find and didn’t bother reading the description all the way through. But I wouldn’t even have known that had they packaged the processor in a new packaging. It was inside a hollar box inside a Hamilton beach box but the box was old and tapped over with newer tape. I’ll be calling tomorrow and hope to get some kind of reimbursement. Wish me luck!
