I recently received this new Spin Master game, the Cars 3 Risky Raceway Board Game! This game is geared toward children ages 5 and up, and allows them to race their friends around the track using their favorite characters like Lightning McQueen, Cruz Ramirez, and Jackson Storm!
This game includes actual bridges, and as you pass over a training space, you’ll earn a token. Tokens can be used to pass right over hazard spaces on the road, allowing you to get ahead to the finish line. Whether you take a shortcut or complete the training course, the first car to the finish line wins!
We loved playing this game, hazards around the track kept the kids thinking about what their next move should be, and whether they should take risks or not. I saw them reacting in strategic ways to become the first one to cross the finish line. The 3D effect from the bridges also makes this game fun and kept the kids engaged! We will definitely be pulling this out of the game closet all summer long!
