If you love strawberries and you love cheesecake, you’ve come to the right place. This is one of my favorite go-to desserts because it is so easy to make, plus it is a healthier option for those looking for a lighter dessert to end a meal. These are also great for the kids, because they aren’t too messy and we get them to eat some fruit (win-win, right?). With only 4 simple steps, these are sure to be a hit at any gathering. Enjoy! 🙂
