They are charging me $19.99 for the frames, nothing for the lenses, $8.95 processing fee, and taking off $19.99 with the promo code. Then charging me the $4.95 handling and $4.95 for shipping. So they are coming out to $18.85. Did i do something wrong?
Hey Ana, the code only works for select frames and lenses. Be sure the ones you have chosen are included in the promotion.
Hi Ana, thank you for your order.
You can check this page https://www.glassesshop.com/first-pair for detailed information.
Please be aware of that only the frames on this page and 1.50 durable single vision lenses are free, any other options may be charged. And we will have to charge $4.95 for handling fee plus $4.95 shipping fee. You can check the banner for the rules of this promotion.
The $8.95 processing fee will appear when your PD is too small for the frame or your prescription is beyond the corrective capacity of 1.50 standard single vision lenses. In both cases, additional Lab work is required for processing your lenses. So we will have to charge extra processing fee for it. Concerning your case, if your prescription is not quite strong, you may try with some small frames instead to avoid the fee if you wish.
Much appreciate your understanding on this matter.
