Hey Lanie, their site states “Includes nine plush figures of your favorite DC Comics characters” and “Display this set of nine Funko DC Comics hero plushies”. I couldn’t find anywhere on the page that it states only one plush would be sent.

I was on the phone for about 20 min with customer service. They said they only send one random and it says on the site you cannot chose, I disagreed and read it to them. She apologized and asked what she could do to make it better and is going to tell the web team about the issue. I asked for them to refund the shipping charges and she did. Just wanted to warn everyone who is hoping to get a full box like I was.
