After the Easter Dinner, we’ll all have leftovers. Use these leftovers to create wonderful and crispy sandwiches for the family! I have a few easy recipes for you here:
Grilled Cheese Strangewich
- Use Hellmann’s Mayonnaise on one side of bread, then place the bread mayo-side-down into a hot skillet and add cheese
- Spread another slice of bread with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise and place it mayo-side-up on top of cheese
- Cook your sandwich until lightly browned on one side. The flip over and cook until cheese is melted
Grilled Ham & Cheese Strangewich
- Repeat the steps outlined above but add some delicious leftover ham with the cheese – so easy!
