Has anyone had any problems with the yes 2 facial wipes deal at target?
so i purchased 2 facial wipes at $2.99 and used my cartwheel for 40% off I then tried to use my mobile coupon for $1.50 of $5 and it wouldn’t work so i when i wen to the customer service counter they told me that you cannot use both at the same time. Is this a new policy?

Hey Lia. Their policy says you can use a Target coupon with a cartwheel. As far as I know, they haven’t changed that. 🙂
