I am kind of a cheat when it comes to the system LOL. When I see that sodas are on sale somewhere else for 2.50 or less I go to Walmart because I know they never have their Coke on sale. So I pay the 4.58 for a 12 pack or should I say 50 to 60 12 packs and then go home. knowing that in 3 days I will get back 89.00 x 2 back on my blue bird. I love it and I am going to be sad when I see the 2x go. I enjoy it. if you don’t know how to use the double system then just use other ads. like I know sometimes walmart has their lunchables rarely on sale for a dollar. but usually its 1.58 right now Albertsons has theirs listed for .88 each. meaning I just paid .17 each on enough lunchables for my kids lunches for the month. Amazing.
Don’t bother getting the card just to get 2x the savings catcher balance. I did. I redeemed my balance. It shows in my account. I go to Walmart and it doesn’t take the balance from the “Walmart Bucks” balance like advertised. Just declines the card. I have tried for a month to use it as advertised. I have spoken with a Walmart manager (who said it was a corporate issue, not a store issue), emailed savingcatcher (who responded with a link to the FAQ’s for savings catcher and bluebird, put a ticket in with Bluebird a month ago. I randomly call to check but they just tell me that there is no resolution yet. Hmmmm….sounds like a scam to me! Caution.
I do not see a “redeem to Bluebird” on my Savings Catcher App. I have a registered Bluebird account. Where is the link located?
When you’re in savings catcher and you have a balance. Hit “Get It Back” then underneath it will say get 2x your reward dollars when you register or link a bluebird account. hit that banner at the bottom and then it will say Register or sign in 🙂
Mine said that the first time and I linked it. This time it didn’t go to my card. It said it’s going to make it an egift card.
I am concerned with the fact that the online application wants your social security number. If it doesn’t run off of credit, what in the world does it need your social for?

This is still a card that is tied to your identity. I’m guessing they ask for it to link to your identity. Otherwise, how can American Express protect the card in case of a lost or stolen card?
Im not 100% sure. But that would be my guess. You can always contact them and ask.

Does anyone have experience with this card? It sounds good enough but any cards advertising sounds good.
I use it all the time and it works great. Sometimes I only get back six cents. Sometimes I get back a dollar and some change.
