Hi Tina, your blog has been helpful for saving money! For the TopCashBack, I see a bunch of posts on how you need to be a new member to redeem the product. What is considered a new member? For example, if I joined right now, and I was told item A and B are redeemable for new members only, does that mean I can only redeem only 1 item, not both?
