I’m newer to couponing, but I think it means red plum coupon insert that came on June 15 and it expires on July 11.

RP – means Red Plum Inserts from Sunday’s news paper on June 15, 2014 not sure what x7/11 means (maybe coupons expire 7/11 and 7/13?? just a guess), hope this helps
