    Today (9/20) Only! Load up the digital coupon online (or on your phone via app) to your rewards card.     I just got mine at Ralph’s.  If you don’t have a rewards card, you can signup online very easily. To get this, go to the store’s website (links above for each store), register and load the digital coupon on your card. Then go to your nearest Kroger (or Ralph’s, Food4Less, etc) store within the next two weeks and snag the full-sized item and the entire amount will come off , after you scan your card and cashier hits final price. You have to load it to your card today only (9/20) but you can pick up anytime until 10/5/2013 to claim your freebie.
