Carol, the heel balm may not be available. You could try requesting another product. Unfortunately, they don’t tell you which product samples are currently available.
The same thing happened to me.
I couldn’t put in anything in the Sample box and it won’t let you request a sample without specifying what you want. 🙁
I can fill out the complete form except it will not let me type which sample I want. Does this mean they are out of every single kind of product they were offering?
