From Riverside, CA my best memory was my 1st Thanksgiving of truly being able reflect and thank God for all He does. The moment it hits you and realize what it’s all about. Giving all glory to God. Blessed indeed!
My favorite thanksgiving memory is when as a child we would get up and watch the thanksgiving day parade while my grandmother would be in the kitchen cooking and baking for dinner. After eating dinner at home all of my relatives would gather at my great great aunts house. We would just have fun with each other telling stories of the past, eating (again), and also everyone would tell what we were thankful for.

My favorite memory of thanksgiving is being back in Hawaii with my family and spending the holiday eating amazing food. We normally talk story and share laughs all day long. Now that I’m currently in college on the mainland, and I won’t be spending it with them for the next 2 years. I love my family very much and miss them dearly.
My favorite Thanksgiving memory was my first time sharing Thanksgiving with my husbands family. I was 18 and shocked at the Italian Thanksgiving. Salad and homemade chicken soup with bread balls. Then homemade ravioli, pasta and sauce with lots of meatballs and sausage. Then turkey, potatoes, stuffing and all the sides. Then dessert, so many desserts! I never knew Thanksgiving was an all day eating event until I shared in their traditions. And of course it was a big family- so it was a day filled with chaos and craziness- but truly a memorable one! Christine- NY
