Hello, I’m Nicole sharing a memory from Baltimore, Maryland. My favorite Thanksgiving memory was about 5 years ago when I made my first Thanksgiving dinner that my in-laws came too. I cooked my turkey in an oven bag and it came out really brown and great or so we thought. I also used a bag of Glory greens and a recipe from Pinterest. They came out so great that my mother in-law stills raves about them. It was only after she left that we discovered the turkey was not fully cooked under the bottom. This memory is so great because she never found out and she tells everyone that I’m a great cook when I’m reality I never picked up my mother’s cooking skills. If you don’t tell I won’t either.

Hello I am from Orlando, Florida. My favorite memory from Thanksgiving was when I was cooking with my mother and siblings and the the Turkey actually exploded in the oven! It was shocking but hilarious and I never will forget it ! Luckily we had a back up turkey! Haha
One of my favorite memories is the year that my parents were too busy to host Thanksgiving. They are usually the ones to host and cook. That year, they had to go out of town. My boyfriend at the time (now husband) decided to go prepare the whole Thanksgiving meal ourselves with my cousins. This was the first time I have ever prepared such a large meal. It was all worth it when my parents got home that night, right when we had finished setting up the table. If you know my family, you know my parents are always the ones cooking. They were stoked to be able to come home and have Thabkdgiving dinner already prepared with the whole family there. 🙂
