There is a glitch in the online system and the Target stores are not letting consumers do this deal. This is an easy fix! Call guest relations and ask to confirm the price. I did this and they let me do this amazing deal. Pair this deal with the .50 off target coupon and the 1.50/3 mq for an even swetwe deal of just .14cents a roll!
I went to the store and there was alot of Charmin 36 roll but the price is $15.78 on clearance. And when I was in the store I checked online and it said product not available.
