Unfortunately, I was unable to use a credit card to pay also. Don’t have pay-pal or pay-pal credit so I was unable to complete this deal. Bummer because I filled out all the information, made my choices, punched in the code and then found out I could not complete the transaction.

It is like that because ebay is basically giving the merchant $15 of their money and ebay doesn’t want to be left holding the bag if the credit card payment is reversed. That’s why they only allow paypal balance to be used.
Just get a paypal account and fund it with like $100 that way you can take advantage of the ebay deals in the future.

Wow, this is a really great deal and ends before midnight! It works for all stamps such as the $5 ones since every priority shipping box is over that. I also order $1 stamps but they weren’t showing any $2. I put in the code and it worked perfectly! Thanks for finding this rare deal!
