Hi Mel! Were you signed up to Lane Bryant Text Offers before? If so you can try texting “STOP” first, and then re-text MOBILE to re-subscribe.

When I texted the number & they only sent me the coupon code, so I just need to show the cashier that number? It doesnt have a barcode or anything….

When I go to use it on the website it doesn’t work. My sister said hers worked too but only in store, so maybe it’s just in store.
