This promotion ended on 11/27. Hopefully, you had done the deal on or before 11/27.
When we tested this deal on 11/25, there was a message “Free $10 Macys Money..” under the no rush shipping during checkout. I hope you saw that. We received the Macy’s money on 11/26 via email. It says valid between 12/1 to 12/17.
