If you have thin hair you might lean towards a smaller one for tighter curl if your hair doesn’t hold it. I have really thick hair and it holds curls, so I use the biggest one. But both large and medium ones work for me. The small is good too, but curls are too tight on my hair. 🙂

I ordered the classic wand and received a confirmation but the order disappeared. The contact number for them doesn’t even work.
You should be able to live chat with the people on NuMe. From their website home page. Click on Contact Us. Then bottom right hand corner there will be a screen for you to chat with them.
Let’s just say that I was charged four times on the black friday sale and never received an order or confirmation number. Good luck in speaking to customer service about your issue they simply just take ticket numbers and are suppose to return your call in 48 hours. I would be cautious before buying anything from them because they seem to be charging people and not sending out their produc to their customers.

A lot of people bought from them over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday season. I’m sure it was an honest mistake with their system somehow. I’ve ordered from them personally and received my products without problems.
