The PayPal code doesn’t work. I input before checkout using PayPal and it says it cannot be applied.
Hi Anne. I think you need to apply it after you checkout with paypal. You can still submit your final order after you go through paypal. Hope that helps.
I called PayPal. The build a bear site isn’t processing the code. PayPal is aware of it. If you call PayPal after you make your transaction, they’ll credit you the $15.

FYI you cannot enter the code after checking out through PayPal. I had to call customer service. It’s a glitch in their system. For some reason it kicks out the 15 off because of the cyber sale deal even if you’re not buying that item. Currently awaiting a call back.
