I know this is expired now but I placed a order the day this was posted got a confirmation email and everything. I havent heard anything since so today I went to check my account and they canceled my order. I didn’t recieve any email or an reason as to why. Did anyone else have this happen?

I did. This is the response I got after they deleted my intial comment.
“Hello, On 9/15/15 a website specializing in free offers and coupons posted a combination of derma e products claiming a free offer on dermae.com. Unfortunately this was not a sanctioned offer by our company so all resulting orders have been cancelled. ”
I really don’t see why they would cancel my order because I read about it a promo code they offered on this site. Its not a huge deal, just annoying. I guess they don’t need new customers.

I put the hydrating wipes in the cart and entered the code and it said that the code is not valid.

The Code entered is not a valid code and shipping is not free.
