You can find the rebate on Macy’s website. I just typed rebate in their search field and it came up. You’ll need to mail in the receipt or copy of, the UPC code and the filled out form. I think they track it per household because when I purchased and picked up they asked for my home address and DL to verify.

I called Macy’s and they said I could only qualify for ONE of these PER household. They explained that I would only get 10 dollars even if I bought one of each item. Doesn’t seem fair or correct, any clarification?

Hi Layla. I believe that you can get one rebate for each one that you purchase. I’m not sure if you will need to buy them separately or not though. I’ll have to look into this more. 🙂
