Target shoppers! We are now seeing stores hit 70% Off on Halloween clearance, 50% off for candy! Now is the best time to get Halloween costumes for next year! As usual, your mileage will vary as Clearance is different at each store.
Make sure to price check even if signage in your store doesn’t say 50% or 70% off. Sometimes stores will have the 30% off signs still up even when they are at 70%!
