If you have a Target near, there are a lot of clearance items in the baby section. You may be able to find a crib. And if not, these deals do come back regularly, and I’ll be sure to post on the blog when they do. 🙂
I purchased this set on cyber Monday and received an email yesterday that they were cancelling the crib because the item is no longer available. I called customer service to let them know that I no longer wanted the dresser if I was not getting the crib. The rep said she would put in the request and that it was not shipped yet so someone in shipping should see her notes and not process the order. 2pm yesterday the dresser arrived at my door! I called customer service again and let them know AGAIN I did not want the dresser and I want to refunded the shipping charges for the dresser ($50) The rep then told me he could put in the request but I would not get an answer for 3-5 business days. I then asked to speak to a manager as I am not happy with the options given. I was then told that I would have to wait 20-30 minutes for a manager. I agreed to hold. After 30 minutes on hold I was told that he could not locate a manager and that I had two options. 1. Agree to let him put in the request for the shipping surcharge to be refunded. 2. have a manager call me back as soon as one comes available. I chose to get a call back. I still have not received a call from ANYONE. I am very unhappy as I thought this would be the perfect crib for my little one due in May…. 🙁
Bummer Cheryl. 🙁 I’m sure that they are just overwhelmed during the Holidays which, I know, is not an excuse. Maybe speak with your credit card company and file a complaint with them. Sometimes that gets the company to act faster when resolving issues.
Libby how did you do it. The final total is 199 how do I get the 100 off??? Help
It will come out to $199 total for BOTH the crib and dresser. The $99.50 is looking at the final price of each item.
