Just print off the coupons and take to Staples with you. The 5-ream case coupon will deduct $9.99 from your purchase price of $25.99. Just submit your receipt for your rebate and Staples will send you a check or Visa card for $16.00, thus making them Free after rebate. The Hammermill coupon will deduct $3.99 from your purchase price of $7.79. Submit your receipt for the rebate and you’ll get back $3.80, also making it Free after rebate. Note: You don’t need to print 2 coupons for the 5-ream paper. Just print once and have the cashier scan twice. Here’s the breakdowns:

The limit on the purchase is 1 for the Hammermill on the coupon and limit of two for the Staples 5-Ream paper. The rebate limit, however is 4 for each type of paper.
Here are the step by steps on what to do if the above is too confusing:
- Sign up for Staples reward if you don’t have. You can do it in store.
- Print the two staples coupons. One for 5-ream Staples copy paper and one for Hammermill one-ream. PS. a ream is a pack of 500 sheets.
- Buy Two Packs of Staples 5-Ream Copy Paper (Not the 10 Ream). The red ones in my picture.
- Buy One pack of Hammermill 1-ream copy paper (The blue one in my picture)
- Have Cashier scan the 5-Ream coupon twice (two times!)
- Have Cashier scan the 1-Ream coupon once
- Pay $35.80 + Tax
- Submit receipt for rebate. Instructions will be printed on a receipt paper for you. You can submit it online without mailing anything in. You will get back $35.80 in total
- Final Price: FREE. Just pay tax. Get two 5-ream pack and one Hammermill for free. That’s 11 individual packs of 500-count paper. Sweetness

No. The Staples coupon deducted $9.99 and not $4.99. But that promotion ended. The 5-ream paper now cost $4.99 after rebate. Still a killer deal for 5 packs of paper.

Hi! Thanks so much for the info on the great paper deal! I just submitted my rebate info. It won’t let me enter another rebate request for the 2nd 5 ream package. It says there’s no need to submit it twice but my rebate status on shows an amount for $16.00 and $4.00. Not the second $16.00. Am I doing something wrong?
