Store branded Bakery Items are included in their buy 5 save $5 Mega Sale! Which means, you can get something that cost $1.29 for just $0.29 (when you buy in multiples of 5 participating items – doesn’t all have to be the same item).
Some are normally priced as low as $1.00, thus making them Free. The key is to look for Store Brand Specific Bakery items (ie. If you go to Ralph’s, you have to get the ones Ralph’s makes) that are $1 or more. $0.99 items won’t work. They have cookies, bread, pies, and pastries. Some items are marked, and some are not!
In order to find out if an item is participating watch the cashier scan the item, or go through self checkout. If you see the <+ Symbol this means the item is apart of the Mega Sale. Again, make sure the items are $1.00 or above for this to work! Let me know what you score 🙂 I found french bread for $0.59, cakes for $0.29, etc. Also remember to check the Fridge section. Birthday cakes and cupcakes (that are made by the store) are part of the Mega Sale too.
