Even if they are free it’s hard to shop and redeem rewards here. I got the 3 ream paper almost a year ago and never got my 2 $10 reward. I was passed on from one department to another on the phone several times each transfer giving me the wrong information so I just gave up promising not to do it again. Staples is better. Just my opinion.
