Hi Brenda. I’ve done this deal both weeks now. It seemed to work better if I had the cashier scan the mascara, then the eyeliner and finally the coupon. Hope that helps. 🙂
I tried this deal and it didnt work because its buy 1 get the other 1 50 percent off so they only took $4.19 off of everything even in the coupon it said buy eye liner and get mascara free so i end up paying a lot for it
Hey Chari. Did you make sure that they eye liner that you got was priced less than the mascara? They eyeliner should ring up as 50% off and the coupon should take off the price of the mascara. So sorry to hear that it didn’t work out for you. 🙁
it could hav ben the cashier just didn’t do it right. ive noticed sometimes wen people are going to get a crazy good deal the cashiers eithr get jealous or just dnt believe it’s possible 2 get such a deal. ive had cashiers argue w me telling me I cldnt use certain coupons for whatever reason they came up with. im def no extreme couponer, but I do kno enuf about coupons to kno what can& cant be done..example: bk wen they’re were $2 off Kotex U coupons I had 2 of each of the tampon & liner coupons but this lady(@wmrt) checked me out & told me I cld only get one of each. my brother was paying separate but was behind me in line so he told me2 jus give him the othr boxes & he wld put it w his stuff but the lady wldnt evn do that& was telling me it had said you can only use one coupon per item, per day, or sumthn. they seem to get confused about the one coupon per transaction& item.
