And yes, if you send in 30, you will receive 30 different reward cards valued from $10 to even $500.
How to get your Reward Cards:
Step 1: On a 4×6 piece of paper or index card: Hand-write your full name, address, birthdate, & email (Note, the paper must be 4×6 size. You can hand cut it or buy 4×6 index cards. Don’t get 3×5 cards. The note must be hand written)
Step 2: Put paper inside a mailing envelope. (Size #10 works best – Keep reading below for where you can buy them)
Step 3: Inside the envelope, include a handwritten self-addressed stamped envelope. Size #9 works best. Go here for details on how to do that.
Step 4: Send by Mail to the following address:
Keep in mind that your envelope must be postmarked by March 28th and received by April 5th. There is a limit of one per day. Make sure to follow steps precisely: Hand written note only. Make sure the envelope is a no. 10 sized envelope.
Staples sells 25-ct boxes of envelopes for $2.49, while Dollar Tree sells the Mead 30-ct boxes for only $1 (much better price)! However, Target sells the 50-ct boxes of up & up envelopes for only $1.09 giving you the best bang for your buck! You can also grab a pack of 100-ct up & up 4″ x 6″ Index Cards for just $0.84!
Several readers have already started receiving their Rewards in the mail, so keep an eye on your mailbox if you have been sending out envelopes 🙂

Hey. Yes, put a return address and no, unfortunately you can’t use a P.O. box. 🙁
hello tina I had a question do we put the 4×6 index card inside the smaller envelope or can we put it in the size 10 envelope TIA
Hi Monica. I don’t think the size of the envelope matters. They don’t mention a size in the rules. 🙂
Hi Tina,
Do I just use one usps forever stamp on the sending envelope and stick one in the inside envelope?
Hi Christine. Yes, that’s what you’ll need to do. 🙂
Does the return address have to be a street address I have a po box
Yes, it needs to be a street address. 🙂
Do I have to put a return address on the envelope also is hawaii included
Yes, you need a return address and YES Hawaii is included. 🙂
Does it matter what size the envie is that we put into the #10 envie? I was gonna put a smaller one.
Hi Lara. They don’t say that you need a certain size, so any size should do. Hope that helps. 🙂
Hi Tina
I used a no. 8 envelop for the return, u suggested no. 9.
Is that acceptable?
Hi Lee. It should work. They don’t specify what size to use so I think any size should be ok. 🙂
