Hey. Hollar is a Santa Monica based company, registered in the state of California. Here’s an LA Times article on the company:

They appear to be licensed products. Since they are US based, I doubt they would sell licensed products without the rights to do so.

I ordered from here to gwt a few presents for my nieces birthdays and i ordered two weeks before the party then didnt get it until twod ays after the party. And it also didnt come in an orange box lile yours did.
