Hi Tina , today I went to target and the cashier told me that they had changed they’re coupon policy and that now you had to choose between giving the coupon or receiving a give card. I can’t seem to find that statement in they’re policy. Is this true ?
Hey Karyna. I haven’t seen an official policy change, but I have had a few reports from readers that have said the same thing. Maybe contact their corporate office and see what you can find out. 🙂
